I just wanted to say thank you to everyone for your concern and prayers for my dad. He was discharged yesterday, and he's happy to be out of "prison", lol. Now it is my mission to try and get him to take it easy and eat better. I hope it won't be too difficult, as he is determined to do what he has to do to be around for when Mady's grows up.
I always thought i had my priorities pretty straight, and that i knew what i was doing. But it takes something serious to happen to make you stop and realize you need to slow down and enjoy things more, because it could all be taken away from you in the blink of an eye, without warning.
