Today is week 14...i know, i'm as shocked as you are! It seems to have gone so fast! But believe it or not, we really are in week 14 already. And this week, baby is the size of a lemon. Baby is about 3 1/2 - 4 inches long, and weighs around 2ounces.
This is my 14week belly pic. I can definately see a difference now, and you can see more of a difference when i wear jeans, and especially later in the day. Of course, this was taken in the morning when i feel i'm at my "true" size. By the end of the day, i look more like i'm 5 or 6 months pregnant...but it's definately getting bigger :) Funny enough, it looks like there's more than just a lemon in there, lol.

Wow! The second trimester is here! That's so exciting! :) Any guesses as to gender yet?
